We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2021, at the age of 92, Joan Green James of Petal, Mississippi, born in Columbus, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Billy James; and her parents, William Green and Ruby Green. She is survived by: her children, Ron James (Cindy) of Meridian and Penny Barr (Sammy) of Petal; and her grandchildren, Robert James (Jessica), Andrew James (Morgan), Vanessa Caudill (Brett), Sam Barr, Jon Barr (Erin), Katie Barr, Taylor James (Marci), Hayley Corder (Paul), Tucker James, Rachel James, McKenna Fowler (Michael) and Kylie Larson (Josh). She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
