We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2019, at the age of 83, Jimmy D. Jones (Petal, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bardie Jones and Myrtle Jones; and his brother Dennis Jones. He is survived by: his wife Elaine C. Jones of Petal; his children, Ronnie D. Jones (Jenny) of Las Vegas, NV and Karla Hogan (Michael) of Petal; his grandchildren, Mallory Estes (Doug) of Petal, Kennedy Hogan (Savannah Barnett) of Petal, Maggie Hogan of Petal, Jeremy Jones of Las Vegas, NV and Jeffree Jones of Las Vegas, NV; his great grandchild Kannon Estes; his sister Falba Walker (Ed) of Petal; and his sister-in-law Wilma Jones of Petal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family ask that donations be made to the Forward Program at Petal Harvey Baptist Church at 600 S. Main St. Petal, MS. 39465.
