He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Carl Palmer of Petal, Melissa Leeann Palmer of Pearl and Cheyenne Palmer of Petal; his grandchildren, Dakota Palmer, Noah Palmer, Jeremiah Palmer, Kaylee Nicole Hill and Elissa Lynn Hill; and his siblings, Charlene Covington and Christopher Buckley.
