He is survived by: his wife Jane Shoemake of Ovett; his children, Beverly Robertson of Ovett, Deborah Burk (Bill) of Petal and Ray Shoemake of Dallas, TX; his sister Sarah Vanderford (Joe) of Saraland, AL; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Shoemake of Ovett and Charles Ray Herrington (Glenda) of Hattiesburg; his grandchildren, James Burk (Kelley), Amy Liles (Derek), Ethan Wiggins, Emily Richardson (Chris), Austin Shoemake, Tanner Robertson and Daniel Burk; and his great grandchildren, Ainsley Burk, Wyatt Burk, Lucas Liles and Aubrey Richardson.
