He is survived by: his children, Kayla Dianne McKenzie (Patrick) of Denham Springs, LA and Dakota James Broome of Petal; his grandson Wilder James McKenzie; his parents, V. R. Broome and Gaye Broome of Richton; his siblings, Regina Walley (Sherman Dale) of Richton and Kevin Broome (Lisa) of Front Royal, VA; and his brother-in-law Tyrone Creel (Mandy). He is also survived by 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
