He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Jane Polk; his children, Brenda McWilliams (Billy) of Petal, Byron Polk (Michelle) of Missouri City, TX and Blake Polk (Michele) of Pensacola, FL; and his grandchildren, Chelle Langford (Matt), Keith McWilliams (Lauren), Lindsey Ford (Ben), Ashton Polk, Elijah Polk, Neil and Conner Langford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
