He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lofton and Alma Lofton; and his brother Willie B. Lofton. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Lofton; his children, Jeff Lofton (Tanya), Elise Sumrall (Danny) of Purvis, Sonya Lynn McGee (Daniel) of Seminary and Christy Clinton (Greg) of Purvis; and his sister Eloise McBeth of Mt. Olive. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
