He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Clark, Sr. and Mary Edith Clark; and his siblings, Joseph A. Clark, Jr., Robert "Bob" Clark, William "Billy" Clark (Margret) and Janice Mixon (Dewayne).
He is survived by: his wife Teressa Clark of Petal; his children, James Austin Clark of New Orleans, Alicia Clark of Petal, Nicole Hodge (Greg) of Petal, Tiffany Barber (Billy) of New Orleans and Jessica Hover (Jay) of Petal; his grandchildren, Morgan Henderson (Keifer), Dakota Hover (Kenley), Collin Graham (Caroline), McKenzie Burch (Anika), Evan Hegwood, Cody Graham, Eli Hegwood and Summer Hover; his siblings, Larry Clark (Martha) of Petal and Susan Martin (Lynn) of Carnes; and his sister-in-law Beverly Clark (Vision Baptist Church) of Petal. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
