He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Anderson Mims; his daughter Stephanie Mims; his son-in-law Dean Blakeslee; his son Scott Alan; his daughter-in-law Wyn Mims; his grandchildren, Cody Michael Mims, Charlie Marlowe, Leanna Grace Blakeslee, Sam Marlowe and Nathan Edward Blakeslee; and his sisters, Patsy McManus and Vonceil Manuel.
