He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Clarke and Foster Clarke; and his siblings, Raleigh Clarke and Virginia Moore. He is survived by: his wife Ann Clarke of Petal; his children, William Franklin and Rebecca George (Kevin) of Verbena, AL; his brothers, James, Raymond, Joe and Hugh; his grandchildren, Andrew, Charlie, Ethan and Grace; and his brother-in-law John Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
