She is survived by: her daughter Rennie Bartlett; her son-in-law Dennis Bartlett of Pearland, TX; her son Kevin Hollingsworth (Dale Hensley) of Dallas, TX; her brothers, Charles Blake (Joan) of Houma, LA, Rex Blake (Terry) and Jerry Blake (Claire) of Roanoke, VA; and her grandsons, Charlie Bartlett (Erica Garcia) and Tim Bartlett (Stephanie). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, all of Pearland, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
