He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tolbert and Evelyn Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Tolbert of Petal, MS; his sons, Toby Tolbert (Pam) of Newnan, GA, Alan Tolbert (Beckie) of Petal, MS, Curt Tolbert (Amanda) of Petal, MS, David Tolbert (Tabatha) and Brandon Tolbert (Marianne) of Collierville, TN; and his siblings, Mary Bullock of Highland, UT, Barbara McGuire of Highland, UT, Betty Chapman of Easley, SC, Helen Miller of Indio, CA, Jimmy Tolbert of Petal, MS and Richard Tolbert of North Carolina. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
