He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Payton; his sister Destiny Bates; and his grandparents, Tina Hoag, Stanley Miller, Paul Hoag and Ray Payton, Sr..
He is survived by: his mother Lorie Miller; his uncles, Shawn Miller (Stephanie) and Wesley Hoag (Brittney); and his friend Destiny Jones. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousin.
