He was predeceased by: his father Ruben Whitworth; and his grandparents, William "Bill", Lucille Minter, Wiley and Ingrid Whitworth.

He is survived by: his fiancé Leighanne Breakfield of Sumrall, MS; his mother Teresa Gail; his stepfather Kenny Mitchell of Petal, MS; his children, Landon Luckey of Petal, MS, Kade Whitworth of Hattiesburg, MS, Katelyn Eubanks of New Augusta, MS, Faith Collier of Biloxi, MS and Madison Hammond of Jackson, MS; his sisters, Aubree Mitchell of Petal, MS and Allison Mitchell of Petal, MS; and his stepsister Andrea "Nikki" Culpepper Bowman of Wesson, MS. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
