He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Fagan and Ada Fagan; and his siblings, Richard Fagan, John Fagan and Lillian Soley.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Fagan of Petal; and his children, Tammy Ingram (Ronald) of Hattiesburg, Cort Fagan of Petal, Rev. Troy Matthew Fagan (DeAnne) of New Augusta and Chrissy Dykes (Paul) of Ft. Scott, Ill. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donation be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 in Dr. Fagan's honor.
