He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Glen Hurst and Flora Hurst (Murry); and his sister Louise Dramer. He is survived by: his wife Bertrice Hurst of Perkinston; his sons, Thomas Edward Hurst Jr. (Lisa) of Gulfport and Timothy Gay Hurst (Suzie) of Pearl; his grandchildren, Kennon, Christian, Aerial, Noah and Emilee; and his siblings, James Earl Hurst of Pearl, Flora Pennington of Pearl and Linda Riels of Puckett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
