He is survived by: his wife Debbie Quave Webb; his mother Barbara Webb; his sisters, Robbin Taranto (Jeff) and Doris Champagne; his sister-in-law Julie Davis; his brothers, Donald Webb and Rory Webb (Doreen); and his pets, Max and Tee Tee. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to J.C. Animal Shelter or Harrison County Humane Society.
