It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jane Phelps of Perkinston, Mississippi, who passed away on January 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Annabelle Gaspard, Dorothy "Dot" Schultz, Bill Taylor and Norris Taylor. She is survived by: her husband James Phelps; her sons, Charlie Taylor (Johnna) and James M. Phelps; her brother Mac Taylor; and her grandchildren, Emmet and Ella Grace.
