He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Franks and Mattie Franks (Woodson). He is survived by: his son Dennis Franks (Becky) of Perkinston; his granddaughters, Gaby and Kloe; and his sisters, Joann Ladnier of Gulfport, Earlene Parker (Gabe) of Perk, Joan Farmer (Charlie) of Bond, Chris Hoenke of Biloxi and Norma Jean Lee (Todd) of Carnes.
