She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Estelle Rayburn and Rev. Aubrey "Pete" Elmo Howell Sr.; and her siblings, Aubrey "Buck" Elmo Howell Jr., Cliffodean "Dean" Rayburn, Norma Howell and Reuben Howell.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Kevin Connor Moran and William Dalton O'Meara; her husband William "Bill" George O'Meara; her children, Nicole Moran and Perry Stann; her stepson Terral Dean O'Meara; her grandchildren, PJ, Terrel Jr., Ashley, Tabitha, Walter and Brooke; and her sisters-in-law, Gail Howell and Honey Howell.
Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19, social distancing guidelines will be in place and face masks are required while attending.
