She was predeceased by: her husband Coyt Whittington; her parents, Marion Manson Smith and Helen Louise Jackson Smith; and her brothers, Dr. Mason Smith, Marion Smith, Ronald Smith and Donald Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Whittington (Melanie) of Perkinston and Terry Whittington (Angela) of Lucedale; her grandchildren, Devin Whittington (Kammie), Derrick Whittington, Emily Lambert (Cory), Nicole Whittington and Kyle Whittington; her great grandchildren, Alana, Luke, Arleigh, Rozy and Koytly; and her brother Billy Smith (Marsha) of Perkinston.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (1115 W College Ave, Wiggins, MS 39577). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Service - Wiggins (1115 W College Ave, Wiggins, MS 39577). A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Pine Bluff Cemetery.
