She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Birchfield and Leona Birchfield; and her sister Mary Parsons. She is survived by: her grandson Archer; her husband Bruce Edwin Hickman; her children, Tracie Delancey (Honer Troy) of Vancleave, MS, Melody Anderson (Casey) of Ponca, OK, Kali Henske (Andrew) of Perkinston, MS, William Smith (Janet) of Gulfport, MS and Brandon Hickman (Christy) of Ponca, OK; and her sisters, Joyce Underwood, Linda Gobey, Elva Strickland (Gary), Sandra King and Becky Priestley (John). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
