She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde E. Strickland; her son Gregory Strickland; her parents, Luther Walters and Clara Walters; and her brothers, Tab of Fred, LV, Leroy and Ray.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Hart (Tracy) of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; her grandson Dustin Batson (Cindy); and her great grandchild Michelle Batson-Greenberg of Larchmont.
