He is survived by: his wife Elisa Johnson Stivers; his children, Michelle Stokely (Jesse Stokely Jr.), Jennifer Armas (Steve Armas) and Derrick Stivers (Marleidy Aspiro); and his grandchildren, Sheyna Garcia, Avrielle Grimmett, Kamden Grimmett, Malikai Stivers and Kieran Ray. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
