She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Phelps and Lillian Phelps; her husband James D. Rhear Sr.; her sons, Barry Holley and Raymond Holley; and her siblings, Margie Phelps, William Phelps, TJ Yarbrough and Roger Phelps.
She is survived by: her sons, Lester Holley and Christopher Rhear (Marissa Harris); her stepsons, James D. Rhear Jr., John Timothy Rhear (Kathy) and Darren Rhear; her sisters, Charlotte Ladner and Helen Ewing; and her grandson Aubrey Rhear.
