He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Robert Meador Sr. and Mary Gottlich Meador; his stepson Steven Tillman; and his niece Melissa Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Joann Meador; his children, Carlos "Robert" Meador II (Dena) and Kimberly Younger (Brian); his stepchildren, Joseph Allen (Krystal), Elizabeth "Liz" Neumaster (Lance) and Jessica Lunanetro (Thomas Raimondi); and his siblings, George Holliman Sr., Louise Guerin (Tony), Mary Scott (Richard Sr.) and Lena Byrd (Stanley). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Floral Hills Cemetery (8910 Carl Legett Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503).
