He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Robert Meador Sr. and Mary Gottlich Meador; his stepson Steven Tillman; and his niece Melissa Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Joann Meador; his children, Carlos "Robert" Meador II (Dena) and Kimberly Younger (Brian); his stepchildren, Joseph Allen (Krystal), Elizabeth "Liz" Neumaster (Lance) and Jessica Lunanetro (Thomas Raimondi); and his siblings, George Holliman Sr., Louise Guerin (Tony), Mary Scott (Richard Sr.) and Lena Byrd (Stanley). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
