He is survived by: his wife Lori Nix Brooks of Pelahatchie, MS; his parents, Tony Brooks of Brandon, MS. and Juanita Patterson Brooks of Brandon, MS.; his sons, Justin Todd Brooks (Spencer) of Madison, MS. and Travis Patrick Brooks of Colorado Springs, CO.; his stepson Tristan Philip McDaniel (Kylie) of Brandon, MS.; his brother Clay Patterson Brooks of Brandon, MS.; and his grandchildren, Hayes Justin Brooks, Paisleigh Hayes McDaniel and Wallace "Fred".
