He is survived by: his wife Zola Owen Jenkins; his children, Cathy Jenkins Campbell and Robbie Jenkins "Hood"; his granddaughter Shion Jones (Matthew); his great grandchild Joshua McCullogh; his siblings, Milton Jenkins and Mildred Kirkland; and also Rouse McCullogh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
