She was predeceased by: her stepsisters, Pam Rushing Kittrell Brooks and Sue Rushing Hoadley. She is survived by: her niece Margene Secor; and her nephew Bruce Cokeroft.

It is the family's request that, in a lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Mississippi Animal Rescue League; an organization that Frances believed in, worked in, and loved for many, many years.
