With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Phillips of Pelahatchie, Mississippi, born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on July 15, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Claude Rogers and Dorothy Lee Grimes Rogers; her siblings, Victor Rogers, Homer Rogers, Clara Henderson, Edgar Rogers, Pete Rogers, Lola Key and Jenny Shuler; and her grandson James Harold Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Phillips; her children, Jenny Coward (Mike), Tracy Phillips (Vicki) and Clark Phillips (Katrina); her sisters, Sarah Lucas and Dorothy Till; her grandchildren, Christopher Phillips (Brittney), Tabitha Varner (Harrison), Kirkland Phillips (Kim) and Annie Coward; her great grandchildren, Brayden Phillips and Adalyn Phillips; her close friend Joyce Palmer; and her roommate Almeria Boyd. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
