She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Edwin and Mary Alice Britt Alexander; her daughter Melanie Janeen Brown; and her siblings, Edwin Alexander, Joseph Alexander, Henry Alexander, Mary Lannie and Lucille Burns.
She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Brown; her children, Jacqueline Hamilton (David), Sharon Cauley and Dayne Brown; her grandchildren, Robert Treherne, Jr., Scott Cauley, Rusty Cauley, Robert "Bobby" Brown, Tiffany Spencer and Heather Smith; and her great grandchildren, Robert, Hunter, Scotty, Kassidy, Dixie, Landon, Zakk, Stevie, Jaylin, Aniah, Bentely, Dallas, Trey, Jonathan, Isabella and Mila. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19, the family will have a private graveside service Tuesday at Orange Grove Cemetery in Moss Point, MS.
