He is survived by: his wife Neyoma Ruth Sawin (McNeece) of Braxton, MS; his sons, Richard William Sawin (Eva) of Pearl, MS, Philip Jason Sawin (Ada) of Brandon, MS and Cory McNeece Sawin of Braxton, MS; his grandchildren, Jennifer Marie Porch (Wes) of Pearl, MS, Lisa Renee Garland (Richard) of Canton, GA, Joshua Matthew Sawin of Pearl, MS and Quaye McNeece Sawin of Brandon, MS; and his great grandchildren, Serenity River Garland of Canton, Haley Marie Porch of Pearl, MS and Summer Rose Garland (Little Bit) of Canton, GA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home (3780 US-80, Pearl, MS 39208). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at the Crestview Memorial Gardens (1106 Star Rd, Brandon, MS 39042).
