Wanda Nell Hood Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Nell Hood (Pearl, Mississippi), who passed away on February 6, 2024 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda Nell Hood to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Hensley and Beatrice Hensley; her husband William Otha "Billy" Hood, Jr.; and her sister Linda Westbrook. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Williams of Brandon, MS, Ben Hood (Tori) of Madison, MS, Joy Williford (Scott) of Liberty Township, OH and Emily Ellis (Jon) of Dayton, OH; her grandsons, Josh and Jacob Williford; her children, Annabelle, Noah and Lillian Ellis; her aunt Joan Rooker; and her sisters, Judy Adams, Betty Lang (Craig), Cynthia Evans (Robert) and Sherry Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Wanda's memory to Bethel Baptist Church Missions Ministry, 546 Bethel Rd., Brandon, MS 39042, to benefit the Mike Ring family who serves the Lord as missionaries in Brazil.
