She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Lewis; her parents, Jake Smith and Jesse Newell Smith; and her siblings, Sollie Smith, Lee Russell Smith, Kiah Smith, Versie Perry, Flossie Burge, Elsie May Warren, Virgie Bush, Ella Ree Gipson and Vivian Spinx.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Stuart (Bea) and Keith Stuart (Darlene); and her granddaughter Beth Anne Stuart.
