With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Todd Carter of Pearl, Mississippi, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Carter and Rose Carter; and his brother Randall Allen Carter. He is survived by: his children, Chandler Carter and Joshua Carter; his brothers, Eddie Carter and Thomas Carter; and his pets, Buddy, Bella and Krystal. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
