Syble Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2022, at the age of 82, Syble Smith (Pearl, Mississippi), born in Raymond, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Moss Lancaster and Annie Bell Martin Lancaster; and her husband Robert "Lamar" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Faye Childers (Rod) of Mt. Pleasant, MS, Barry Wilson Smith (Lisa) of Birmingham, AL and Omega Ann Hogan (Jeff) of Athens, GA.; her grandchildren, Kristen Childers Wilburn (Dustin), Tyler Childers (Blake), Chris Smith, Madelyn Hogan and Ben Hogan; and her great grandchildren, Madison Wilburn Daugherty (Brandon), Avery Wilburn, Harper Kate Wilburn, Brett Hopper and Finley Jane Childers.
