She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edwin Burford and Sarah Sneed Burford; her husband Clyde "Bill" Williams; and her son Michael Sharp. She is survived by: her children, George "Butch" Edwin Sharp, Sheila Williams and Wanda Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home (3780 US-80, Pearl, MS 39208). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
