She is survived by: her sons, Francis "Frank" Marion Polk, Jr. and David L. Polk; and her siblings, Audrey Marie Hutchinson, Joyce Ann Fromm and Jerry W. Barron. She is also survived by in-laws, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
