She is survived by: her husband Jeff Polk of Pearl, MS; her daughters, Kallie Polk and Kelby Polk; her mother Annie Rose Townsend Parker; her sisters, Karen Hollingsworth (Tony) and Sherry Sullivan; and her nieces and nephews, Jody Blakeney (Ashley), Justin Hollingsworth, Dylan Hollingsworth, Meagan Williamson, Morgan Morris (Heath) and Nikki Hollingsworth.
