He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Hughes Lawson and Homer Ray Moak; and his sister Martha Woodruff. He is survived by: his wife Lori Graham Moak; his son Micheal Moak (Donna); his grandchildren, Reagan Moak, Parker Moak and Elijah Moak; and his brothers, James Moak (Belinda) and Gary Moak. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as many dear family members and great friends.
