Gates; her children, Dianne Rainey (John), Ronald Blackwell (Shirley), Naomi Cumberland (Kenny), John Blackwell (Debbie), William "Butch" C. Gates, Jr., Sheryl Kennedy (Don) and Nora Reed; and her pet Scotty. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren.
