It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Sparkman (Pearl, Mississippi), who passed away on March 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom McDowell and Doris McDowell (White); and her sister Norma Jean Sullivan (McDowell). She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Sparkman O'Brien (Ed); her grandson Caelan; her siblings, Wanda Bell (McDowell) and Johnny McDowell (Cynthia); and her pet Gabby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
