He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lamar Webb and Byrdie Snell Webb; and his granddaughter Lauren Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Judy Webb (Hodges); his children, Paula May (Bobby), Pam Milam (Dave), Billy Sumrall (Candice) and Nikki Scarborough (Jacob); his grandchildren, Steven Webb, Daniel Freeman, Gunner Sumrall, Bailee Scarborough, Brooklyn Scarborough and Brandon Scarborough; his great grandchildren, Kyler, Holden, Leighton and Braelynn; and his siblings, Terry Webb, Billy Webb (Tracy) and Marilyn Allen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
