He is survived by: his wife Shirley Franklin; his children, Cheryl Haley, Steve Franklin (Margie) and Gary Franklin (Dora); and his grandchildren, Kandice Fiello, Rachel Corban, Kristin Warrington, Brittany Wade, Paige Lowery, Jennifer, Duhon, Ryan Moore and Jeremy Moore. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
