With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jack L. Middleton of Pearl, Mississippi, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie M. Middleton and Ollie Cook Middleton; his wife Sue Cox; his siblings, Charles Ray Middleton, Billy Jim Middleton, James Grady Middleton and Irene Middleton Lott; and his brother-in-law Lamar Cox.

He is survived by: his children, Chad and Debbie; his grandsons, Grayson and Hayes; his sister Shirley Middleton Adcock; and his sisters-in-law, Lonnie Cox and Eloise Middleton. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Park Place Baptist Church, 5701 Hwy 80 East, Pearl, MS.
