With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria A Walton of Pearl, Mississippi, born in Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl McGaughey and John McGaughey; and her siblings, John McGaughey, Earl McGaughey, Albert Theadore McGaughey (Teddy) and Laura McGaughey (Tiny).

She is survived by: her sister Grace Kelly; her children, Duane Walton of Florence, Sherri Kleinhans (David) of Pearl and Beverly Bates (Harry) of Florence; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Pettus (Bill), Jonathan Bates, Coady Baggett (Audrey) and Lauren Berryhill. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
