It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude A. Wells (Pearl, Mississippi), who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Wells; and her son Marland Thomas Wells. She is survived by: her daughter Winnie Wells Goodwin; her stepchildren, Tyrone Wells and Judy Repsher; her granddaughter Amanda Graham; and her great grandchild Justin Graham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that everyone follow the advice she always gave whenever anyone tried to give her something, "Go treat yourself to something you need.".
