He was predeceased by: his father Fred David Forrest Sr.; and his aunt Barbara Sue Finch. He is survived by: his mother Dawn Roberts Wright (Timmy Munn); his brothers, John (Wendy Forrest) and Eric (Jessica Forrest); his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Aiden, Kendall, Easton and John Oliver; and his half-brother Daniel Forrest. He is also survived by extended family, and all of his brothers from another mother along with special friends.
