He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Moore and Dorothy Stewart Moore; and his sister Linda Weeks. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Irene Moore; his siblings, David Moore of Nashville, TN and Dianne Berry (Wallace) of Brandon, MS.; his children, Ricky Culpepper, Monique Moore, Vicki Evans (Howard), Patti Graham (Anthony) and Katie Dowler (John); and his grandchildren, Justin Roberts, Richard Culpepper, Brock Cooper (Amber), Jason Roberts, Danny Culpepper, Brad Cooper (Kelsey), Joshua Roberts, Jacob Cooper (Shaynna), Jeremy Cooper (Megan), Jana Cooper Watts (Will), Clay Evans, Carlee Evans, Isabella Hanks, Claire Hanks, Olivia Hanks and James Hanks. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
