It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elton Clifton Doan Jr. (Pearl, Mississippi), who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Clifton Doan and Lois Whatley Doan; and his sister Evelyn Polzin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara H. Doan; his daughter Jane Patrick; his siblings, John Doan, Carolyn Moody and Linda Ferguson; and his grandchildren, Christopher Hedgepeth, Frank Odom, Curt Patrick and Karlie Patrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
